Artwork Return Policy
I don't accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
To start an approved return if there was an error with the order, you can contact me at info@kenallouis.com. Please note that any returns, if accepted, will need to be sent to the following a specified location in Omaha, Nebraska.
If your return is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellations
I gladly accept cancellations.
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds for Purchases Through Google Shop Listings
You have 30 days to return any physical artwork as long as it is not damaged beyond recognition. Artworks sold with NFTs will receive partial returns including a deduction of the NFT gas fee. NFTs must be transferred back prior to a refund being initiated.
T-shirts Refund Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my part are covered at my expense.
The return address is set by default to the manufacturing facility. When I receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. If the manufacturer's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to my facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to my facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
I do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won't be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Returned by Customer
It is best to advise your end customers to contact you before returning any products. Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense for a face mask or a product in another size. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
